Gran Alacant is a developing urbanisation 10 minutes drive south from Alicante airport. The urbanisation of ‘Altomar 2’ is at the top of a hill with excellent views of the countryside and Mediterranean Sea.
A pharmacy, supermarkets and banks serve the area. The bars, cafès and restaurants all provide excellent food and services throughout the day and into the night, all within walking distance.
The westerly facing patio allows for you to relax and soak up the afternoon sun in relative peace and quietness with a glass of sangria or soft drink. Beaches a short drive, uphill on return, and provided are sun chairs, sun lounges, parasol, cooler box and beach chairs for terrace, beach, or pool use.
The villa duplex apartment is on the edge of a complex, which has 3 communal pools, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, within walking distance, but far enough away for relative peace.
