We operate a Weekly Tariff** on accommodation only - Prices based on 4 people sharing. Add £20 per week per extra person.

Reservation Deposit

Non-refundable deposit of £50 for one week, £100.00 for two weeks is required to secure the booking.

Cleaning Service

There is no cleaning service during your stay.
Free Cleaning Service after your departure

Security Bond

A security bond of £100 deposit is required when remaining balance is paid. This is held against loss or damage occasioned by the use of the property by the parties to this agreement.  Subject to no claim being due against this deposit, it will be refunded within 21 days of the conclusion of the rental period.

Rental Period.

The rental period of the property begins at 3pm on the day of arrival.  The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise stated. Failure to vacate on time may result in an additional charge levied against your security bond for late departure.
